Greenfield Project
We develop and manage strategies in direct collaboration with landowners and stakeholders to invest in greenfield RES projects.
We identify geographical areas in Italy that show lower saturation of power lines and a lower penetration rate of renewable energy sources.
We seek proximity to the medium- or high-voltage electrical grid, which—together with the usable area net of landscape, environmental, urban planning, and hydrogeological constraints—forms the basis of a solid development program.
The development area is selected to ensure orographic characteristics that are not only compatible with the planned facilities but also capable of maximizing the plant’s long-term performance.
In addition to traditional agricultural or industrial areas, we also focus on so-called ‘compromised’ areas such as closed landfills, abandoned quarries, and basins resulting from non-floodplain quarrying.
