Infralab continues to grown
The team is growing, and so are InfraLab’s areas of development. Effective January 1, 2024, the company completed the merger by incorporation of A3FV Srl, thereby leveraging its extensive experience in the renewable energy sector.
The two entities—already highly integrated and complementary—will, through this important step, be able to pursue ambitious growth objectives, accelerating the development that has characterized the past five years and effectively addressing the major challenges of the energy transition with a strong and dynamic structure. A track record of 100 MW already authorized and built, together with more than 2 GW of projects under development, provides a solid foundation for this renewed partnership. This is further strengthened by a team of over 30 highly qualified professionals with deep expertise in renewable technologies and regulatory frameworks.

InfraLab will continue to pursue new opportunities, overseeing their design and directly managing all activities required for the authorization of energy generation plants from solar, wind, biomass, and electrochemical storage (BESS), always alongside leading energy producers.
In this context, and with specific reference to one of the fastest-growing markets—BESS—InfraLab has recently signed an agreement with the international operator Zhero for the development of 600 MW over the next three years, with the potential for further expansion. In addition, a 50/50 joint venture has been established with Reneuva, part of the Euronext Growth–listed Redelfi Group, for the joint development of 500 MW ready-to-build projects.
We have ambitious plans on the horizon, and we are ready to bring them to life with all our energy.
